We offer complete Clinker Grinding Plants requiring three raw materials:

Process Description
All raw materials are crushed with Jaw Crusher if they contain lumps. Feed size for the Cement Mill: < 25 mm. Materials are fed into respective hoppers via Belt Conveyor or elevators.
Hoppers are fitted with feeding systems connected with auto measuring and control system (Weighing Trolley). The measured quantity is discharged on a conveyor belt to the discharge hopper.
The Cement Mill contains three chambers filled with grinding media (balls & cylpebs). Material is ground to 3500 Cm²/gm fineness, then stored in aeration silos with compressed air cooling and packed in 50 Kg bags.
The final product is tested for quality and parameters as per statutory requirements provided by the Government.
