He has several technological inventions to his credit including the revolutionary technology for manufacturing Grinding mills, Emery Stones. With his fertile and imaginative mind, determination and grit sincerity and hard work helped him to become a first generation entrepreneur and has been showered upon by prestigious awards including President award for outstanding entrepreneurship in 1983.
Mr.Saboo is Ex-director of SBBJ, Ex-member of National Advisory Committee of Small Industrial Development Bank of India (SIDBI), Industrial Advisory Council of Rajasthan - Jaipur, Bureau of Indian Standard ( Agricultural Produce Milling Machinery Sectional Committee FADC-39 )
MJF Lion, D.P.Saboo is founder president of Lions Club, Jodhana, Jodhpur. He is actively involved in services to humanity.

Mr.Sukumar Saboo, a science graduate with over 20 years of experience in minerals and minerals based industries. He is fully engrossed in the manufacture, quality control and processing of various minerals. Mr. Sukumar Saboo was a member of the FADC-39 Agriculture Produce Milling Machinery Sectional Committee ( Bureau of Indian Standards). He had also been an active member of the panel of the Committee constituted by Bureau of Indian Standards and prepared suitable Draft Specification for revise and amended Indian Standard for Emery Stones.Mr Sukumar Saboo had been the founder chairman of Jodhpur Round Table affilated to Young Men's Service Club. He had also been member of Rajasthan State Mineral Based Industries Advisory Committee.
